To apply Paragraph Formatting: 1. Highlight the paragraph or Object in question, or position the cursor where you wish to begin producing text of the desired format. 2. Click the desired paragraph format Icon in the toolbar. The text or Object will take on the desired configuration.
To remove Paragraph Formatting: Paragraph Formatting functions are "self toggling", so that to remove the paragraph attribute:
1. Select the paragraph with the attribute you wish to remove. 2. Click the paragraph attribute format Icon in the toolbar. The selected formatting is immediately removed.
Note: All Paragraph Formatting functions below, work in an identical manner. |

Left Justify - Justifies the selected line of text or Object to the left side of the defined space. |
