The Table Cell Properties function provides the ability to modify various aspects of the Cell in a table.

1. Select the cell by placing the cursor within the cell.
2. Click the Table  Cell Properties Icon on the Toolbar.

The dialog Box will appear.

Enter the values and information for each field. (You may leave the width, and background color blank).

Definitions:

• The Width defines the width of the cell in pixels.
• The Background Color sets the background color of the individual cell.
• The Vertical Alignment determines the positioning of the text in the cell, top, center, or bottom.
• The Horizontal Alignment determines the positioning of the text in the cell, left, centered, or right.

To set the Width of the cell:

1. Type the number of the pixels into the box adjacent to the feature as desired.
2. Click Apply to preview your setting.
3. Click OK to finish 

Set the Vertical or Horizontal Alignment of the contents

1.Click the pull down arrow adjacent to the field.
2. Highlight the desired choice.

The Background Color can be set in mulitple ways.

A. You can simply type the name of a common color in the color field in english.
or
B. You can type in the hexadecimal value for the color if you know it.
or
C. Click the color icon adjacent to the color field to launch the color palette,

1.Use your pointer to select a color in the palette and click on it with your mouse button to set the color.
2.Click Apply to set and preview the color selection of the border.
3. Click OK to finish the color selection.
4. Click Apply to institute your selection. 
5. Click OK to close the main Table Cell Properties Dialog box.
